This is clearly a Wood Pewee but separating Eastern vs Western is the challenge here.  But because it was seen at Downsview Park (Toronto) yesterday, Western would be an extreme rarity.  Almost impossibility.  But still good to check with what some of you think because the bird is so dark (including bill) which seems more like the Western and it is vagrant season.

I see what you mean. The vest is discernible in its contrast with the central
vein of the breast and belly, much like an Olive-sided. The midline brightness
may be nothing more than reflection from a curved surface. The Western WP has
such a dark breast and flank that it is barely lighter than the side and back
of the bird and it also has a ridgy texture, not quite barring but suggestive
of it. Overall the Western comes across as in mourning, drab, drab, drab.
Your flycatcher does not show this quite so much and the anterior aspect is
brighter than the side and back, although with insufficient exposure this
feature is hard to quantify. No colour either. The bird's call would be definitive.
Western drawl and all, yawl.
